With difficult market conditions engulfing the Europe, Marionnaud plans to get closer with its customers. It has various activities up its sleeve as its agenda such as launch of the private makeup products, continuous renovation programme of Paris flagship store at 104 Avenue, des Champs – Elysees. This is to make sure that the retailer outlet acts as a location for customer relationship.
The renovation work began right after the Mother’s day and would be complete by end of Nov 2013. With an increased sales area of 600m2, the entire mezzanine creation is aimed at makeup. The luxurious new store will house all top new brands and will also host niche perfumes. The main purpose behind this is an array of services such as makeup bar, nail care, manicure and pedicure.
With Typical Paris architecture as its interior, Marionnaud hopes that this store would become a symbol of Parisian luxury. It also aims at a well trained staff with multi lingual abilities to cater to the need of every customer who visits the store. Marionnaud sources reveal that it aims at launching its first makeup line that comprises of short range of 13 products for the face, eyes and lips.
